Patient expressly agrees that use of, or inability to use the services is at the Patient’s sole risk. All products and services delivered to patient are suggested on “As is” and “As available” for patient’s use, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose etc. While every reasonable care has been taken in recommending the relevant or particular plan/doctor/hospital, MEDECUBE HEALTHCARE INDIA PVT. The services provided through the medECUBE Healthcare Continuity of Care Program are different from the diagnostic services typically provided by a physician/doctor.  We at medECUBE aim at providing a holistic customised plan for our users to manage and facilitate their state of good health.  By deciding to engage this service, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware of this limitation and agree to assume the risk of this limitation.

By requesting Medical Continuity of Care, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • The diagnosis you will receive is limited and provisional;

    • The Medical Continuity of Care is not intended to replace a full medical evaluation

    By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to assume the risk of these limitations.  You further understand that no warranty or guarantee has been made to you concerning any particular result or cure of your condition.
